Form Guide
Resole Number
When you drop off your shoes at one of our designated locations, you will be given a tag with a number on it, enter this number at the top of the form and attach the tag to your shoes.
Full Pad
Usually, damage to shoes is limited to the half sole (the upper portion of the shoe). However, if you’d prefer us to repair the entire pad (the entire top half of the shoe,) select the full pad option on the form.

Toe Caps
The best time to resole your shoes is before they blow out, but if that happens, we can still fix them. Shoes are considered blown out when the rand beneath the rubber is exposed; the rand being the colored rubber immediately under the sole itself. If your shoes are blown out and you do not select toe caps, the damage under the sole will remain. The shoe below is an excellent example of a need for a toe cap.
Stitching
Stitching is only recommended for blow outs where a sizable hole is present. If you can push a pen through the hole in the rand (the rubber beneath the sole) with low to moderate effort, stitching is highly recommended. The shoe below demonstrates a sizable hole.
